What is karabağlar?

Karabağlar is a district located in the western part of Turkey's İzmir Province. It is situated on the coastal plain of the Aegean Sea, and is one of the most populous districts of İzmir with a population of around 650,000 people. Karabağlar is known for its well-planned residential areas, numerous parks and green spaces, and its proximity to the major commercial and industrial centers of İzmir. The district is also home to several historic landmarks and cultural sites, such as the Karabağlar Mosque and the Karabağlar Village Museum.
