What is emberrasing?

Embarrassing is a feeling of awkwardness, shame, or self-consciousness that arises from a person's actions, words, or circumstances. It is a very common experience and can happen to anyone at any age, from children to adults. People often feel embarrassed when they make a mistake, fail to meet their own or others' expectations, or when they feel like they have been put on the spot. Embarrassment can manifest itself in a variety of physical and emotional symptoms, such as blushing, sweating, avoiding eye contact, stuttering, and feeling a sense of panic or distress. While it can be uncomfortable, embarrassment is a normal and important aspect of social interaction and learning from mistakes.
