What is femdom?

Femdom, short for female domination, is a type of BDSM (bondage, discipline, dominance, submission, sadism, masochism) relationship or practice in which a dominant female partner takes control over a submissive male or female partner. In a femdom relationship, the dominant female partner is often referred to as a dominatrix or mistress, while the submissive partner is known as a slave or sub.

Femdom can involve a wide range of activities and dynamics, including but not limited to: physical or verbal humiliation, bondage, discipline, role-playing, foot worship, chastity, forced feminization, and more. The activities and boundaries of a femdom relationship are typically negotiated and established through communication and consent between both partners.

Femdom relationships can be practiced in a consensual, safe, and mutually satisfying manner, with both partners deriving pleasure and fulfillment from the power dynamics at play. It is important for all parties involved to communicate openly, set boundaries, and prioritize safety and consent throughout their interactions.
